When you are on your phone or other electrical devices such as laptops, tablets and computers, you are exposing yourself to electromagnetic waves which can be harmful and damaging to your body. I buy EMF radiation protection stickers as they also protect you from 5G. This brand is great and you can buy packs of 4, 10 or 12 to put on all of your devices including the rest of the household. Protect yourself from radiation!
Blue Light Blocker
Glasses
The blue light from our screens can be very damaging to your eyes and overall health because it can substantially affect your sleep. The blue light suppresses the production of melatonin –the hormone that our body releases at night when it gets dark to help us sleep. Blue light glasses block the artificial light that is harmful to us, and also come in so many stylish frames!
Headphones
Great for meditation, exercise & zoom calls, I prefer wireless bluetooth headphones as it's less hassle. They will block out any surrounding sounds and will allow all sound to become more enhanced. It will give your coaching clients more privacy making them feel more comfortable to talk. I really like these wireless beats headphones linked – the battery charge lasts ages and they are comfortable and affordable.
Laptops
I have an HP laptop and it's perfect for what I need. Plenty of storage, lightweight, good size screen, bluetooth, camera, great battery and easy to use. I find it much easier than using my phone all day, its better storage than my iPad and phone and I can create high-quality content on there. Some websites are not created for mobile use so it makes my online learning much easier and document creation. Linked is the one I use – a great trusted seller and affordable!
Kindle
The kindle will save you a fortune if you love books! You can download eBooks for as little as 99p, sometimes even for free. You can take your kindle anywhere, browse the web and download any digital media. It has no backlight which means reading for long periods won't strain or damage your eyes. They have really good battery life and it also has an offline dictionary! I recommend the Amazon paperwhite – no blue light, waterproof and no advert pop-ups. If you want something a bit more "posh & expensive" with extra features look at the Oasis Model.
Ring Light
They are great for video recordings and photos, whether this be for beauty bloggers, coaches, YouTubers, product pictures or anything involving the camera! It casts even lighting, minimizes blemishes, illuminates your eyes, and reduces shadows. They are especially good if you don't have much natural light at home or for gloomy winter days! I chose the link below as this one has a wireless remote for your phone as well as a phone holder (one less thing to buy!). It's got an adjustable height tripod and adjustable lighting effects.
Podcast
Microphone
If you are planning on streaming on podcasts regularly or recording Youtube videos regularly I would highly recommend a decent microphone to create a clear and broadcast-quality sound. For a good microphone, it's not cheap but I have found a mid-range, high-quality one that's actually voted in the top 5 in many different forums. It comes with its own stand, is lightweight and it has a 2 person feature (most wouldn't have this!).
ONLINE LEARNING
Every entrepreneur, coach or freelancer should consistently learn and build on their skill set, no matter what business you are in. I am constantly learning new skills relating to business, marketing and writing.

TOP TIP
Make sure you have a journal and a diary. Journalling is a great way to brainstorm, write down your thoughts and ideas. A diary will keep you organised with routine and to-do lists. It's a great way to take a break from electronic devices as well.
Spiritual and
Natural Cleansing
Apart the above obvious office essentials we need, there are other natural ways to protect ourselves and our energy such as using sage and crystals (my favourites!). We need protection from other people's energy when coaching and protection from radiation – just like the EMF stickers, there's a crystal called shungite. Shingite can help to shield from electromagnetic fields, reduce stress and also kill bacteria as well as many other amazing things. You can get it in all different shapes and sizes to put on your office desk or wear as jewellery.
I also recommend having citrine – another fave of mine. I have dozens of crystals but this one is another essential. Not only does it cleanse energy, but it also helps MANIFEST wealth and success by motivating you and balancing your solar plexus chakra.
Burning sage is a way of energy cleansing your home and workspace and also cleaning/charging your crystals. I would only recommend buying crystals and crystal jewellery from authentic crystal shops or trusted genuine crystal sellers. There are some great crystal stores on Instagram and Etsy if you don't have any local crystal shops!
