Master Your Mindset

Here are some helpful ways to help master your mindset — I practice these daily.







  • Practice affirmations daily. When you repeatedly say something — whether it be in your head or out loud — your brain creates new neuropaths, circuits and therefore, you are creating a new physical mindset as well as the hardware your brain needs for creation, belief and possibility to manifest.

  • Practice meditation daily. I recommend at least once a day. Meditation helps you to practice being focused, quietens the mind and diverts your attention away from negativity.

  • Practice mindfulness daily. Always be present and remind yourself not to live in the past or worry about the future. Be aware of unconscious thoughts, but do not feed them — actively divert away from them.

  • Have gratitude everyday. Think of 3 things you are grateful. By having gratitude you create a better mindset and become a magnet to all things good!
