Here are some helpful ways to help master your mindset — I practice these daily.
Practice affirmations daily. When you repeatedly say something — whether it be in your head or out loud — your brain creates new neuropaths, circuits and therefore, you are creating a new physical mindset as well as the hardware your brain needs for creation, belief and possibility to manifest.
Practice meditation daily. I recommend at least once a day. Meditation helps you to practice being focused, quietens the mind and diverts your attention away from negativity.
Practice mindfulness daily. Always be present and remind yourself not to live in the past or worry about the future. Be aware of unconscious thoughts, but do not feed them — actively divert away from them.
Have gratitude everyday. Think of 3 things you are grateful. By having gratitude you create a better mindset and become a magnet to all things good!
